Join me on a tour through my projects, where each case study is a new experiment in making the digital world more intuitive and enjoyable. Grab your virtual lab coat, and let’s start exploring the wonders of UX!
A couple of my projects:
Search & A-Z
This quick turn-around project aimed to enhance the search experience for a nationally recognized health system. We focused on understanding user behaviors, needs, and frustrations to drive our design decisions. Before the enhancement, navigating via the alphabet or using the search function offered vastly different experiences, leading to user confusion and inefficiency.
*Which would appear to be active, the search or the A-Z?
