Search & A-Z
This quick turn-around project focused on enhancing the search experience for a nationally recognized health system. Focusing on user behaviors and understanding their needs and frustrations. Before the enhancement project, whether you chose the alphabet or search was a different experience.
My Role
Lead UX Research.
Main Goal
Make finding health-related content easier to search and navigate for patients. Ultimately providing faster access to desired content.
Admin Project
This was a re-design to an internal tool used on the website. This complex tool is used by marketing, doctors, nurses, etc. Information placed here appears on the main website.
My Role
Main Goal
Determine the best user experience to help make the tool easier to use, especially for those that do not regularly use the tool.
Optimize the experience so more providers would want to use it.
